The veteran actresses who co-star in this stoner comedy have an Oscar and multiple Emmys and Tonys among them, but it's unlikely they'll have to clear any more space on their mantels for "Grandma's Boy." The latest from Adam Sandler's Happy Madison production comedy, the film opened Friday without press screenings, which seems perfectly appropriate because most critics are over 14 years old. Featuring the usual members of Sandler's repertory company behind and in front of the camera, the film doesn't have much in the way of genuine laughs despite a plethora of attempted gags, but it does have a geniality that makes it hard to entirely dislike.
