First Look Media has acquired worldwide rights, excluding the United Kingdom, to writer-helmer John Simpson's futuristic thriller "Freeze Frame." Starring Lee Evans ("There's Something About Mary"), Rachael Stirling and Colin Salmon, the film premiered this year at the Tribeca Film Festival. Stateside theatrical unit First Look Pictures is eyeing a possible early 2005 rollout, while First Look's foreign sales arm, First Look International, plans on offering "Frame" to buyers at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival.
