The Spanish-language TV market continues to be a hot segment of the entertainment industry, with two network carriage deals announced Monday. Satellite TV provider DirecTV will start offering Puerto Rico network WAPA-America on its DirecTV Para Todos programming platform next month, the companies said Monday. Also Monday, TuTv, a joint venture of Spanish-language media giant Univision Communications and Grupo Televisa, said it has reached an agreement with cable firm Cox Communications to distribute its five networks.
