Starting with "The Exorcist" and working its way to "Charlie's Angels" and "Hannibal," this sequel to last summer's boxoffice bonanza is a cinematic circus with many taste-defying acts and familiar franchise "thrills" -- from fire hose-like ejaculations of semen to flashes of ultracruel cartoon violence. Distributed by Dimension Films and reuniting many of the cast members and creators from the first film, "Scary 2" opened wide Wednesday. Just as with the raucous crowd at the premiere Monday night in Westwood, some lines of dialogue are bound to be drowned out by enthusiastic moviegoers.
