Claire Forlani has signed to join Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam in Odd Lot Entertainment's "Hooligans." Also set to team on director Lexi Alexander's soccer-themed project are Marc Warren, Leo Gregory and Terence Jay. Set to start shooting this weekend in London, "Hooligans" centers on a Harvard undergraduate (Wood) who moves to London after he is wrongfully expelled from the Ivy League school.
