NBC wins Wed. with 'Loser' finale
December 15, 2006 NEW YORK -- "The Biggest Loser" finale and a higher-than-average "Medium" gave a primetime win in adults 18-49 to NBC by a whisker over CBS, whose seasoned Wednesday lineup overwhelmingly won in viewership. "Biggest Loser" won each half hour of its two-hour finale in adults 18-49 between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. by wide margins, according to data released Thursday by Nielsen Media Research. "Biggest Loser" averaged 11.7 million viewers and a 4.8 rating/13 share in adults 18-49, according to preliminary estimates by Nielsen Media Research.
