Jackson, Fawcett tributes continue on TV

June 26, 2009 Networks continue to put together tributes to Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett, with several new and returning specials scheduled to hit the airwaves this weekend and beyond. The Man and His Music at 9 p.m. Anchored by Elizabeth Vargas, the special will trace Jackson's career. MTV is airing nonstop Jackson music videos, performances and footage from the MTV vaults that the network said has not been seen in years, Friday until 6 p.m. The network that helped make Jackson a superstar is peppering the coverage with messages and call-ins from celebrities inspired by the legendary artist.
