GigaPix, Vanguard are 'College' pals

September 29, 2008 GigaPix Studios and Vanguard Entertainment Group are going back to school. The time-travel comedy centers on a thirtysomething commitment-phobic man who finds himself transported back to his college days at Syracuse University, where he can alter his romantic fate in what is described as a modern "Peggy Sue Got Married." David Pritchard, producer of such animated TV hits as Fox's "Family Guy" and "King of the Hill," heads GigaPix/Vanguard, which aims to make movies in the $10 million-$25 million range, concentrating on studio co-productions.
