Relativity Media acquires 'Acacia'


July 28, 2008 Published by Doubleday in 2007, the volume is the first installment of a projected trilogy set in the fantasy empire of Acacia. Andrew Grant, repped by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners, will adapt the first book in the series, in which four royal children band together to restore their father's kingdom. Zach Schiff-Abrams, who brought the project to Relativity, and Tucker Tooley of Relativity as exec producers.
