Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca has named Adrian Steckel president and CEO of its U.S. Spanish-language broadcasting network Azteca America. Salinas is facing fraud charges in the U.S. for a debt refinancing transaction that allegedly allowed him and business partner Saba to profit $218 million. The network ranks third among U.S. Spanish-language broadcasters, behind market leaders Univision and Telemundo.
