Slew of pilots find stars
March 02, 2009 Jonathan Silverman is the first to be cast in ABC's untitled Jeff Strauss comedy pilot, Julie Bowen has landed the final lead on the ABC comedy pilot "My American Family" and Scott Wolf is set to co-star on ABC's drama pilot "V." In other pilot castings, Oscar-nominated Michael O'Keefe, Courtney Henggeler, Frances Turner and Beth Broderick have landed leads in Fox's comedy "Two Dollar Beer"; Dania Ramirez, Brad William Henke and Patrick St. Esprit have been added to ABC's untitled Daniel Cerone drama; and Tawny Cypress and Sean Bridgers have joined CBS' drama "House Rules." The 20th TV-produced "Family" revolves around a traditional couple (Ty Burrell, Bowen), a gay couple and a multiethnic couple.
