Hurwitz, Schlossberg sell 'Grandma'
March 04, 2009 Doug Wick and Lucy Fisher are producing through their Red Wagon shingle. The script, which would net the scribes north of a million dollars if it is produced, concerns two 60-ish grandmothers who aggressively compete against each other for the affections of their grandchildren while the parents are out of town. Hurwitz and Schlossberg most recently wrote and directed "Harold & Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay," the sequel to "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle," which they scripted in 2004.
