'Imaginarium' to open Munich film festival
June 15, 2009 Terry Gilliam's "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus," starring the late Heath Ledger, will open the 27th Munich International Film Festival. "Imaginarium" also stars Christopher Plummer and Tom Waits as well as the trio of Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell, all of whom stepped in to play Ledger's character in unshot scenes after the Australian actor's sudden death in January 2008.
