Fox Business Network suing Treasury
December 18, 2008 The Fox Business Network is suing the U.S. Treasury Department in federal court under the Freedom of Information Act after the Bush administration failed to hand over details about the bailout. "The American public is entitled to know that information and what we'd like to get them (the Treasury Department) responding to it," Mintz said.
