Three discover D'Works 'Ruins'

May 04, 2007 Laura Ramsey, Jena Malone and Shawn Ashmore have made it to "The Ruins," DreamWorks and Spyglass Entertainment's adaptation of the best-selling Scott B. Smith novel. The three actors join Jonathan Tucker in a thriller about a group of friends whose leisurely Mexican holiday takes a turn for the worse when they accompany a fellow tourist on a remote archaeological dig in the jungle, where something evil lives among the ruins. Ramsey, repped by CAA, appeared in DreamWorks' "She's the Man" and in "The Covenant" and "Lords of Dogtown."
