Binoche 'Certified' for MK2 pic

May 20, 2007 Juliette Binoche has certified her participation in prolific Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami's latest film produced by Marin and Nathanael Karmitz, MK2 said Saturday. "Certified Copy," set for an October or November shoot, tells the story of a middle-aged English writer who travels to Italy to promote his latest book and meets a young French woman and the pair head to San Gimignano. The lead male role hasn't yet been cast, with Kiarostami saying at a news conference Saturday in Cannes: "I'm looking for him everywhere."
