July 10, 2008 Barbara Kopple and NBA star Steve Nash have signed on for ESPN Films' "30 for 30" initiative, which will see 30 filmmakers make hourlong films on a subject from the past three decades in sports. Lee, who also directed "Game Day With Kobe" for ESPN Films' fall/winter 2008 slate, and Nash were on hand Thursday at the network's session during the Television Critics Assn. summer press tour at the Beverly Hilton.
