NBC taps Adam Stotsky


July 01, 2008 Stotsky most recently was executive vp global brand strategy and market development at Sci Fi Channel, where he spearheaded the channel's brand, marketing and creative efforts and worked closely with the NBC Universal International division on the creation of the global branding for Sci Fi's launch of local television channels throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. Before that, Stotsky was senior vp at the Entertainment Practice at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide -- a joint venture between the advertising agency and Brillstein-Grey Entertainment -- and vp marketing and promotion at Discovery Communications' Travel Channel.
