'Inside the NFL' moving to Showtime

June 03, 2008 The long-running HBO show is moving to rival pay cable network Showtime in the fall. The NFL studio show, produced by Showtime's corporate sibling CBS Sports and NFL Films, will air at 9 p.m. Wednesdays starting Sept. 10 and running through Feb. 11. "NFL," which features recaps and previews of NFL games, had aired on HBO for 31 years before executives announced in February that the show would be ending its run on the channel, citing a more competitive TV landscape as the primary factor in their decision.
