Anthony Bregman, scribes in for 'Oranges'
October 22, 2008 Producer Anthony Bregman is teaming with comic writers Jay Reiss and Ian Helfer for the comedic drama "Oranges." The project, which a number of directors are circling, focuses on a man who has a romantic relationship with the daughter of a family friend, turning the lives of the man and the family upside down. Reiss is on tap to write "Man-Witch" for Todd Phillips and Warner Bros., while Helfer has worked with "Wet Hot American Summer" director David Wain and wrote for John Hamburg's television pilot "Welcome to the Captain."
