ABC wins night despite drop in 'Grey's' ratings

May 16, 2008 Broadcast TV's ratings hangover continued Thursday night, with heavyweights "Grey's Anatomy" matching an all-time ratings low for an original in adults 18-49 and "CSI" coming close but not matching its all-time low. Nielsen Media Research's preliminary estimates released earlier Friday presented a darker picture, with lows for both shows, although the revised numbers released later in the day brightened a bit. "CSI" (18.1 million, 4.9/12) was two-tenths of a rating point ahead of its record low for an original.
