'Hell's Kitchen' serves another win for Fox


July 04, 2007 NEW YORK -- "Hell's Kitchen" kept the ratings warm for Fox, giving it a primetime win Monday night. Miami (8.3 million, 2.5/7) was the top show in viewership, according to preliminary estimates released Tuesday by Nielsen Media Research. ABC won 8 p.m. in viewership and the demo with a repeat "Wife Swap" (5.4 million, 2.0/7), which was up against NBC's "The Real Wedding Crashers" (3.6 million, 1.3/4) along with a repeat of last week's "Hell's Kitchen" (3.9 million, 1.8/6) and an hour of "The New Adventures of Old Christine" (5.2 million, 1.5/5).
