TV Land developing 'Penny and Cindy'


March 22, 2007 The cable network is set to announce during its upfront presentation Friday in New York that it is developing a scripted pilot titled "Penny and Cindy," which is described as a buddy comedy. Jim Vallely ("Golden Girls," "Arrested Development") is the writer and executive producer.
