'Hancock' has big week on video

December 03, 2008 The pre-Christmas parade of the theatrical blockbusters continues with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment's $228 million domestic-grossing "Hancock" storming to the top of the home video charts during its first week in stores. "Hancock" debuted at No. 1 on all three video charts during the week ending Nov. 30: the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart, Home Media Magazine's video rental chart and Nielsen's Blu-ray Disc chart. On the overall home video sales chart, "Hancock" bumped the previous week's top seller, Walt Disney Studios' "WALL-E," to No. 2.
