'Nip/Tuck's' Murphy signs for more
February 16, 2007 After months of negotiations, "Nip/Tuck" creator Ryan Murphy has inked a rich new deal with FX, 20th Century Fox Television and Fox Broadcasting Co. With Murphy on board, FX has greenlighted an expanded fifth season of the plastic surgery drama with an order for 22 episodes. "'Nip/Tuck' is one of the most wonderfully strange and original television series ever produced -- and it consistently delivers some of the best episodes on television," FX president John Landgraf said.
