Karen Mok signs with CAA
March 27, 2008 Mok, also a recording star, has appeared in more than 40 films, including Stephen Chow's "Shaolin Soccer," one of the highest-grossing films in Hong Kong's history, and "Fallen Angels," for which she was honored with a Hong Kong Film Award for best supporting actress. The actress, who is fluent in five languages, recently completed filming on "Youth" for director Zhang Yibai and will next star in director Ekachai Uekrongtham's English-language thriller "The Coffin." Mok most notably was the female lead in the 10th anniversary Asian tour of the Broadway musical "Rent."
