Promoters sue Lil' Wayne for missing concert


January 23, 2007 Nunoise Entertainment and Jahfari Promotions, both based in the Tampa Bay area, filed the lawsuit Friday in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court. The lawsuit claims Lil' Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, signed a contract Sept. 18 to perform at a Tampa nightclub on Oct. 29. It's a simple breach of contract type of matter.
