Each year, CPN profiles the commercial real estate industry's hottest investment sales brokers, tenant representatives and leasing agents, based on their performance in the previous year. Some close a high volume of deals in their markets, while others have carved out successful niches or transacted the top deals in their locations or areas of expertise. The past year has been a tough one, and although many of the biggest deals closed in the first half of the year, closings throughout 2008 highlighted some especial talent. CPN narrowed the list to 10 of the most successful brokers for this year's feature. Some have been profiled before, but none were featured in the past three years.
