Condon to Head Grubb & Ellis Seattle Office
Jun 29, 2009

Real estate services firm Grubb & Ellis Co. has appointed Bill Condon managing director of its Seattle office. In his new role, Condon will split time between managing the company’s commercial real estate services platform in Seattle and continuing to serve his established base of industrial brokerage clients. Condon joins Grubb & Ellis from Colliers International, where he began his brokerage career in 2003. During his more than six years at Colliers, Condon was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top producers in the Pacific Northwest. He received the firm’s International Award of Excellence and the National Rookie of the Year awards in 2005.

“Overseeing Grubb & Ellis’ growth strategy in Seattle is a challenging and unique opportunity for me,” Condon said. “Grubb & Ellis already has a strong national presence. I’m excited about the enormous potential that exists to grow the company in the Pacific Northwest.”
