GE Capital Real Estate has appointed Skip Wells to serve as fund manager for senior secured debt investments. In the newly created role, Wells will be responsible for the implementation of investment strategies and general fund supervision. Wells previously served in GE Capital Real Estate's strategic capital group, where he was managing director of originations. He began his GE career in 1989 with the GE Capital Financial Management Program before holding roles at GE Capital Real Estate as a finance operations analyst, asset manager, underwriter and relationship manager.
