Healthcare provider Kaiser Permanente has signed a lease for more than 200,000 square feet at 700 Second Street at Station Place, in Washington, D.C. Owned and developed by Louis Dreyfus Property Group and Fisher Brothers, the 507,300-square-foot Class A office building is located next to the city’s Union Station. It is the third phase of Station Place, an office complex consisting of three buildings totaling 1.6 million square feet, that has been designed to achieve LEED Silver designation and is the only neighboring project with direct access to Union Station. Currently, the building is approximately 60 percent pre-leased. The CB Richard Ellis Inc. team of Bruce Pascal, Roberta Liss, Andrew Felber, Tim Hutchens, Mark Klug and Bobby Blair represented Louis Dreyfus Property Group. Kaiser Permanente was represented by Rita Robison and Andy O'Brien of Jones Lang LaSalle.
