CB Richard Ellis Investors increases its leadership team with the appointment of Matt Khourie as president. In his new role under CEO Vance Maddocks, Khourie will be overseeing and managing day-to-day operations. Khourie most recently served in the role as president of development & investment for the Southeast United States for Trammell Crow Co., CB Richard Ellis Inc.’s development subsidiary. He also served on Trammell Crow's executive and investment committees conducting similar business.
