Daniels Takes Over for CBRE in Mexico

CB Richard Ellis Inc. has appointed Lyman Daniels to head the firm’s Mexico operations. In his new role as president of CBRE Mexico, Daniels will be instrumental in CBRE’s activities across all lines of business. A long-time commercial real estate executive in Mexico, Daniels has since 2006 served as executive director & vice president for Hines in Mexico and Central America, overseeing more than $800 million of investment in the region and providing property and asset management for more than 50 properties. Additionally, Daniels co-founded Hines-Mexico in 1994 where he led the firm’s first international acquisition and directed the development and management of more than 21.5 million square feet of office, industrial, residential and retail projects.
