Vergara Named Operations VP At Nacional/Cookman

Gerardo Vergara has been named VP of operations for indie Nacional Records/Cookman International. Vergara will report directly to Tomás Cookman, the company's president and CEO.
A veteran who has worked with some of Latin music's biggest acts, from Maná to Marco Antonio Solís - Vergara was previously director of national marketing for Univision Music Group. Prior to that, he was senior marketing director for Warner Music Latin America in New York.
