Primary Wave Opens West Coast Office

Primary Wave Music Publishing has opened the doors on its West Coast office, which is headed by music industry veteran Michelle Belcher, who joined the company in January. Previously, Belcher worked in film and TV at BMG Music Publishing, along with Columbia, Arista and Morgan Creek Records.
In addition to the new office, Primary Wave has expanded its Film & TV division. Along with Belcher, the West Coast staff will include film and television director Diana Turk and marketing coordinator Shara Prophet. Senior creative director Robin Joseph, who is based in New York, also will report to Belcher.
